The NZDF is seeking Registrations of Interests from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractors for the purposes of shortlisting to a final RFT stage.
The scope of the ROI (and subsequent RFT) extends to the provision of a Main Contractor (or Contractors) for the Linton Maintenance Support Facility under New Zealand Standard NZS 3910:2013 Conditions of Contract for building and civil engineering construction (with Special and Other Conditions).
Through the ROI, the NZDF intends to shortlist up to a maximum of four Main Contractors to participate in a closed RFT, which will be issued sometime in or around October 2020. The anticipated build commencement date will be approximately April 2021.
