Josie Pagani is the director of the Council for International Development and director of a boutique public affairs consultancy. Ms Pagani has previously been a manager at the OECD in Paris, and a communications manager for New Zealand’s aid and development agency. She has worked as a ministerial press secretary, and in the prime minister’s office. A founder of the progressive New Zealand network Progress, he was a candidate in the New Zealand parliamentary elections in 2011 and 2008.
