Tim van de Molen is the Member for Waikato in the New Zealand Parliament. He is the National Party Spokesperson for Defence, Veterans, and Agriculture, and Associate Spokesperson for Agriculture, having been first elected to Parliament on 23 September 2017. He is a former New Zealand Army Territorial Force Officer. Tim holds Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in Psychology from the University of Waikato, and a National Certificate in Production Management (AgITO). He was the 2013 New Zealand Young Farmer of the Year.
