Andie Fong Toy is a political governance, security, regional and international relations expert. Ms Fong Toy was Deputy Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) from May 2011 to May 2017, and the first woman to hold that position. She served as Director for PIFS’ Political Governance and Security Programme until 2008, and prior to that, served the Secretariat as International Legal Adviser, and Legal and Political Officer.
